<p>신용카드로 머지포인트를 구매한 일부 구매자들은 사용처에서 이용이 중단됐는데도 할부비용이 지속적으로 빠져나가고 있다고 토로했다. 더욱이 결제 금액이 10만 원을 넘지 않는 소액이거나 일시불로 결제해 항변권을 행사하지 못해 고통받고 있는 상태이다.</p>
<p>포털 다음(Daum)와 다음의 언론사 제휴를 심사하는 포털 뉴스제휴평가위원회가 8월12월 소액 결제 현금화 등 관련 기사를 다수 수기한 언론사들을 퇴출했다. 그러나 잠시 뒤에도 몇몇 언론을 중심으로 이처럼 기사가 나타났다 사라지는 일이 반복되고 있는 상황이다.</p>
